"I just want to send you a thank you note while this experience is still fresh in my mind. You and JP have provided the most invaluable service to our family by moving Dad from the US to China safely. And words seem inadequate to express our gratitude. But I will give it my feeble attempt.
The daunting challenge that seemed impossible in the beginning was pulled off pretty much without a hitch. A few friends had already asked me how I selected such high quality professionals to join us. I only wished I could take credit. You and JP probably selected us as much as the other way around.
When we signed up for your service, we expected our nurse to be a skilled professional. However, the actual service we received exceeded my every expectation. JP did much more than handle my dad's transport smoothly and safely. The intangible qualities of his calming presence was as valuable as the physical move itself. Somehow, even with the language barrier, he was able to earn the trust of my family amongst the chaos and stress in a newly formed household halfway around the world.

"I write to tell you how impressed I am with the service that your staff provided to arrange and then transport my father, Errol A. Evans, from a hospital in Indianapolis to a nursing home in Houston. First, I want to commend Dana Erskine-Pando for being so knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough with respect to all arrangements, and also for her frequent communications to keep me abreast of developments. Dana provided a remarkably comforting combination of friendliness and competence that I valued at such a stressful time. Second, I thank Kathleen Edwards for enduring a great challenge in transporting a frightened and delusional man to a place where he can be properly cared for. When my father became combative on the airplane, Kathleen could have simply abandoned the effort and refused to deal with such a patient. Instead, she persevered and 'did what it took' to complete the mission. If you have other RN's that demonstrate the dedication that Kathleen demonstrated, you are indeed fortunate.
In the process of dealing with my father's situation over the past six weeks, I have learned how many middle-aged people are struggling with the issues of elderly parents. This appears to be a silent epidemic. I intend to endorse Flying Nurses Inc. as often as possible when I encounter others who might benefit from your services. Thank you again, Dana and Kathleen!

"I recently spent 20 days in the hospital after some combined illnesses. The doctor released me to go home to Raleigh NC with a nurse escort. Eric arrived at the hospital early on my day of departure and happened upon me and my wife Lois as we were taking a walk on the hospital floor. He was astute in that he recognized us when I used my wife’s name, Lois! He spent the day talking to my nurses, examining my records, ensuring my meds were correct and available. He observed the removal of my PICC line and the installation of a line on my wrist. He became thoughorly knowledgeable of my condition. We left the hospital to go to the airport and immediately had a problem; the cab did not show up. Eric made the proper calls and we were on our way only 15 minutes behind. After having three weeks of continued strain, my wife just could not have dealt with this very easily. Eric assisted me in boarding, checked the oxygen, determined where the emergency equipment was, checked my vitals and gave me the proper meds. The flight was uneventful. Eric was attentive, checking my vitals and assisting me to the rest room several times. This was a task in itself as I am large and was somewhat unsteady. Eric made a large difference in my ability to travel home, please convey my thanks to Eric for his care and attention.
